Rainbow Recreation Center was founded by the city of Oakland Office of Parks and Recreation on Monday October 6, 1980. Rainbow has a staff of 8 members and a Center Director. Rainbow is a recreation center located on the corner of Seminary and International Blvd at 5800 International Blvd. We specialize in arts and crafts, sports and many other community services.
